Our story
MBEOhio LLC was founded in October 2025 by three partners who kept seeing the same thing on job after job: the electrical field is one of the most procurement-heavy parts of any project — long-lead gear, tight specs, real money — and contractors are under constant pressure to meet diversity goals on top of it. Too often, the answer is a supplier who exists only on paper. We built MBEOhio to be the opposite: a minority-owned partner that actually sources, supplies, and delivers the electrical materials, and does the real work that makes that participation legitimate.
We are minority-owned, headquartered in Ohio, and built for the way work gets done here — from competitive city bids to multi-year state and federal contracts.

What we believe
Minority-owned participation should mean real work, not a rubber stamp. When we supply your electrical materials, we earn it — by sourcing well, negotiating hard, and delivering on time. That is better for your project and it is what makes our participation hold up.
Our MBE commitment
MBEOhio is a minority-owned business and is actively pursuing Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification through the Ohio Department of Development's Minority Business Development Division. For prime contractors with diversity and inclusion goals, sourcing electrical materials through MBEOhio is a natural fit — and one that grows stronger as our certification is finalized. We will update this page the moment certification is issued.
